Brahmā’s Instruction on Elements and Faculties
यदा पश्यति भूतानि प्रसन्नात्मा55त्मनो हृदि । स्वयंज्योतिस्तदा सूक्ष्मात् सूक्ष्मं प्राप्नोत्यनुत्तमम्
yadā paśyati bhūtāni prasannātmātmanaḥ hṛdi | svayaṁjyotis tadā sūkṣmāt sūkṣmaṁ prāpnoty anuttamam ||
యోగి ప్రసన్నచిత్తుడై సమస్త భూతాలను తన హృదయంలోనే స్థితమై ఉన్నట్లు దర్శించినప్పుడు, అతడు స్వయంజ్యోతిగా మారి సూక్ష్మాతిసూక్ష్మమైన అనుత్తమ పరమాత్మను పొందుతాడు.
