व्याय उवाच एवमुक्तस्त्वाज्धिरसेन शक्र: समादिदेश स्वयमेव देवान्‌ । सभा: क्रियन्तामावसथाश्न मुख्या: सहस्रशश्रित्रभूता: समृद्धा:,व्यासजी कहते हैं--राजन! संवर्तके यों कहनेपर इन्द्रने स्वयं ही सब देवताओंको आज्ञा दी कि “तुम सब लोग अत्यन्त समृद्ध एवं चित्र-विचित्र ढंगके हजारों अच्छे सभा- भवन बनाओ

Transliteration

Vyāya uvāca: evam uktas tv ājadhirasena śakraḥ samādideśa svayam eva devān | sabhāḥ kriyantām āvasathāś ca mukhyāḥ sahasraśaś citrabhūtāḥ samṛddhāḥ ||

Translation

వ్యాసుడు అన్నాడు—రాజా! ఆజధిరసేన (సంవర్తుడు) ఇలా చెప్పగానే శక్రుడు (ఇంద్రుడు) స్వయంగా దేవతలకు ఆజ్ఞాపించాడు—“వెయ్యివెయ్యిగా, వైభవంతో నిండిన, విచిత్ర రూపాలతో కూడిన సభామందిరాలు మరియు ప్రధాన నివాసాలు నిర్మించండి.”
