Dāna-Śreṣṭhatā: Abhaya, Anugraha, and the Ethics of Honoring the Worthy (दानश्रेष्ठता: अभय-अनुग्रह-विप्रपूजा)

भविष्यत्येष ते काम: कुशिकात्‌ कौशिको द्विज: । तृतीयं पुरुष तुभ्यं ब्राह्मणत्वं गमिष्यति

bhaviṣyaty eṣa te kāmaḥ kuśikāt kauśiko dvijaḥ | tṛtīyaṃ puruṣa tubhyaṃ brāhmaṇatvaṃ gamiṣyati ||

నీ ఈ కోరిక నెరవేరుతుంది. కుశికుని నుండి ‘కౌశిక’ అనే బ్రాహ్మణ వంశం ప్రసిద్ధి చెందుతుంది; నీ మూడవ తరంలో నీ సంతతి బ్రాహ్మణత్వాన్ని పొందుతుంది.
