On the Fruits of Austerity and Giving
नहि ते वृजिनं किंचित् सुसूक्ष्ममपि विद्यते । “वक्ताओंमें श्रेष्ठ पुत्र! तुमने भलीभाँति मेरी आराधना की है। तुम्हारे द्वारा कोई छोटे- से-छोटा या सूक्ष्म-से-सूक्ष्म अपराध भी नहीं हुआ है
nahi te vṛjinaṃ kiṃcit susūkṣmam api vidyate |
భీష్ముడు పలికెను—పుత్రా, నీలో అతి సూక్ష్మమైన దోషమూ లేదు. నీవు నన్ను సమ్యకంగా సేవించి గౌరవించితివి; అందువల్ల అణువంత అపరాధమునుండికూడా నీవు విముక్తుడవు।
