Adhyāya 57: Tapas–Dāna Phala
On the Fruits of Austerity and Giving
पश्य भद्ठे यथा भावाश्षित्रा दृष्टा: सुदुर्लभा: । प्रसादाद् भगुमुख्यस्य किमन्यत्र तपोबलात्
paśya bhadre yathā bhāvāś citrā dṛṣṭāḥ sudurlabhāḥ | prasādād bhṛgumukhyasya kim anyatra tapobalāt ||
ఓ భద్రే! చూడు—ఎంత విచిత్రములైన, అత్యంత దుర్లభములైన దర్శనములు మనకు ప్రత్యక్షమయ్యెను. భృగువంశశ్రేష్ఠుని ప్రసాదము తప్ప, తపోబలము తప్ప, ఇలాంటి దృశ్యం మరెక్కడి నుండి కలుగును?
