यस्माजन्नाद्रियते कश्नचित् ततो5हं समवासयम्
yasmāj janādriyate kaścit tato 'haṃ samavāsayam |
వాయువు పలికెను—బిడ్డా! ఎవ్వరూ అతనిని గౌరవించలేకపోయినప్పుడు, నేను అతనిని నా ఇంటనే నిలిపితిని. కొన్నిసార్లు అతడు ఒక్కసారిగా వేలాది మంది తృప్తిపడేంత అన్నము భుజించెను; మరికొన్నిసార్లు అతి స్వల్పముగా తిని ఇంటి నుండి బయలుదేరి పోయెను—ఆ దినమున మరల తిరిగి రాలేదు.
