स च तैव्यथित: शक्रो वसिष्ठं शरणं ययौ । ततो<5भयं ददौ तेभ्यो वसिष्ठो भगवानृषि:

Transliteration

sa ca tair vyathitaḥ śakro vasiṣṭhaṃ śaraṇaṃ yayau | tato 'bhayaṃ dadau tebhyo vasiṣṭho bhagavān ṛṣiḥ |

Translation

వారిచేత వ్యథితుడైన శక్రుడు (ఇంద్రుడు) వశిష్ఠుని శరణు పొందెను; అప్పుడు భగవాన్ ఋషి వశిష్ఠుడు దేవతలకు అభయమును ప్రసాదించెను.
