Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ

Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony

अनेककटिपादश्न अनेकोदरवकक्‍्त्रधृक्‌ । अनेकपाणिपार्श्श्ष अनेकगणसंवृत:,उनके पैर और कटिभाग अनेक हैं। वे बहुसंख्यक पेट और मुख धारण करते हैं। उनके हाथ और पार्श्रभाग भी अनेकानेक हैं। अनेक पार्षदगण उन्हें सब ओरसे घेरे रहते हैं

aneka-kaṭi-pāda-śna anekodara-vaktra-dhṛk | aneka-pāṇi-pārśva aneka-gaṇa-saṁvṛtaḥ ||

వాసుదేవుడు అన్నాడు—ఆయనకు అనేక నడుములు, అనేక పాదాలు ఉన్నాయి; లెక్కలేనన్ని ఉదరాలు, ముఖాలు ధరిస్తాడు. ఆయన చేతులు, పార్శ్వాలు కూడా అనేకం; అనేక గణాలు ఆయనను అన్ని వైపులా చుట్టుముట్టి ఉంటాయి.
