मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
लोम्नां प्रमाणेन सम॑ ब्रह्मलोके महीयते । वह मनुष्य दो पताका (महापद्मा), अठारह पद्मा, एक हजार तीन सौ करोड़ और पचास अयुत वर्षोतक तथा सौ रीछोंके चमड़ोंमें जितने रोएँ होते हैं, उतने वर्षोतक ब्रह्मलोकमें सम्मानित होता है
lomnāṁ pramāṇena samaṁ brahmaloke mahīyate |
భీష్ముడు చెప్పెను—అతడు లోమాల సంఖ్యను ప్రమాణంగా చేసుకొని బ్రహ్మలోకంలో గౌరవింపబడును; అనగా నిర్దిష్ట చర్మాలలో ఎంత లోమాలు ఉన్నాయో అంత సంవత్సరాలు బ్రహ్మలోకంలో పూజింపబడును.
