इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत अनुशासनपर्वके अंतर्गत दानधर्मपर्वमें ब्रह्मा और भगीरथका संवादविषयक एक सौ तीनवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Transliteration

aṅguṣṭhasthānatarāle ca brāhmaṃ tīrtham udāhṛtam | kaniṣṭhikāyāḥ paścāt tu devatīrtham ihochyate ||

Translation

బొటనవేలి మూలస్థానంలోని అంతరాన్ని ‘బ్రాహ్మతీర్థం’ అని ప్రకటించారు. అలాగే కనిష్ఠిక (చిటికెన వేలు) వెనుక/పై వెనుక భాగాన్ని ఇక్కడ ‘దేవతీర్థం’ అని అంటారు.
