एवं वयमसत्तकार देवेन्द्रस्यास्य दुर्मते: । नहुषस्य किमर्थ वै मर्षयाम महामुने
evaṁ vayam asatkāra devendrasyāsya durmateḥ | nahuṣasya kimarthaṁ vai marṣayāma mahāmune ||
“ఓ మహామునీ! ఈ దుర్బుద్ధి నహుషుడు దేవేంద్రుడైన ఇంద్రునికి చేస్తున్న ఈ అవమానం, అసత్కారాన్ని మనం ఎందుకు సహించాలి?”
