एवमुक्तस्तु सहितैस्त्रिदशैर्मघवांस्तदा । तथेत्युक्त्वा प्रचक्राम सोडपश्यत वने स्त्रिय:,संगठित होकर आये हुए देवताओंद्वारा इस प्रकार कहे जानेपर इन्द्र “बहुत अच्छा' कहकर भूलोकमें आये। वहाँ एक वनमें उन्होंने बहुत-सी स्त्रियोंको देखा

Transliteration

evam uktas tu sahitais tridaśair maghavāṁs tadā | tathety uktvā pracakrāma so 'paśyat vane striyaḥ ||

Translation

సమావేశమైన దేవతలు ఇలా చెప్పగా మఘవాన్ (ఇంద్రుడు) అప్పుడే “తథాస్తు” అని పలికి మానవలోకానికి బయలుదేరాడు. అక్కడ ఒక అడవిలో అతడు అనేక స్త్రీలను చూశాడు.
