वशे शस्त्रप्रतापेन कुर्वन्तो5न्यान्‌ महीभूत: । एवं धर्मप्रधानास्ते सत्यव्रतपरायणा:

Transliteration

vaśe śastrapratāpena kurvanto 'nyān mahībhūtaḥ | evaṁ dharmapradhānās te satyavrataparāyaṇāḥ ||

Translation

అస్త్రశస్త్రాల ప్రతాపతేజస్సుతో ఆ రాజులు ఇతరులను వశపరచుకొనిరి; అయినను వారు ధర్మాన్ని ప్రధానంగా భావించువారు, సత్యవ్రతంలో స్థిరులు, నీతాచరణలో నిమగ్నులు.
