धर्मराजे ह्ाृतिप्रीत्या पूर्णचन्द्र इवामले । प्रजानां रेमिरे तुल्यं नेत्राणि हृदयानि च
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
dharmarāje hṛtiprītyā pūrṇacandra ivāmale |
prājānāṃ remire tulyaṃ netrāṇi hṛdayāni ca ||
ధర్మరాజ యుధిష్ఠిరునిపై హృదయపూర్వక ప్రేమవల్ల—నిర్మల పూర్ణచంద్రునివలె—ప్రజలు ఆయనను దర్శించినప్పుడల్లా వారి కన్నులు, హృదయాలు ఒకేసారి ఆనందంతో వికసించేవి. ఆయన సన్నిధి మాత్రమేగానీ అందరిలో సహజమైన సమాన సంతోషాన్ని కలిగించేది.
