Cause of Kalmāṣapāda’s Niyoga under a Curse
ततस्तस्मिन् गिरिवरे शुचिर्भूत्वा कृताउ्जलि: । आरिराधयिषु: सूर्य तस्थावूर्ध्वमुख: क्षितौ,तदनन्तर उस श्रेष्ठ पर्वतपर स्नानादिसे पवित्र हो भगवान् सूर्यकी आराधना करनेके लिये हाथ जोड़ ऊपरकी ओर मुँह किये वे भूमिपर खड़े हो गये
tatastasmīn girivare śucirbhūtvā kṛtāñjaliḥ | ārirādhayiṣuḥ sūryaṃ tasthāv ūrdhvamukhaḥ kṣitau ||
అనంతరం ఆ శ్రేష్ఠ పర్వతంపై స్నానాది కర్మలతో శుద్ధుడై, అంజలి ఘటించి, పైకి ముఖం చేసి, సూర్యదేవుని ఆరాధించాలనే సంకల్పంతో భూమిపై నిలబడ్డాడు।
