शरभप्रादुर्भावो नाम षण्णवतितमोऽध्यायः (जलन्धरविमर्दनम्)
जलन्धरेशयोस्तेन निर्जितो मधुसूदनः जलन्धरो ऽपि तं जित्वा देवदेवं जनार्दनम्
jalandhareśayostena nirjito madhusūdanaḥ jalandharo 'pi taṃ jitvā devadevaṃ janārdanam
జలంధరాధిపతితో జరిగిన ఆ సంగ్రామంలో మధుసూదనుడు (విష్ణువు) ఓడిపోయాడు. దేవదేవుడైన జనార్దనుని జయించి జలంధరుడు కూడా విజేతగా నిలిచాడు.
