Adhyaya 8: Yogasthanas, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama-Siddhi, and Shiva-Dhyana leading to Samadhi

दृष्टं श्रुतं चानुमितं स्वानुभूतं यथार्थतः कथनं सत्यमित्युक्तं परपीडाविवर्जितम्

dṛṣṭaṃ śrutaṃ cānumitaṃ svānubhūtaṃ yathārthataḥ kathanaṃ satyamityuktaṃ parapīḍāvivarjitam

చూసినది, విన్నది, అనుమానించినది, స్వానుభూతమైనది—వాటిని యథార్థంగా చెప్పుట, మరియు పరపీడన లేకుండా పలుకుట—ఇదే సత్యమని చెప్పబడింది।
