प्रसाद-ज्ञान-योग-मोक्षक्रमः तथा व्यास-रुद्रावतार-मन्वन्तर-परम्परा

वेदशीर्षश् च गोकर्णो गुहावासी शिखण्डभृत् जटामाल्यट्टहासश् च दारुको लाङ्गली तथा

Transliteration

vedaśīrṣaś ca gokarṇo guhāvāsī śikhaṇḍabhṛt jaṭāmālyaṭṭahāsaś ca dāruko lāṅgalī tathā

Translation

ఆయనే వేదమే శిరస్సుగా (మకుటంగా) ఉన్నవాడు; గోకర్ణుడని ప్రసిద్ధుడు; గుహావాసి; శిఖండాన్ని ధరించినవాడు; జటామాలలతో అలంకృతుడు; మోక్షదాయక అట్టహాసముగలవాడు; దారుకుడని పిలువబడేవాడు; అలాగే లాంగలి—నాగలి (హలం) ధరించినవాడు. ఈ నామాలతో పతి శివుడు స్తుతింపబడతాడు।
