Shloka 111

वासिष्ठकथनम् (आदित्य–सोमवंशवर्णनम् तथा रुद्रसहस्रनाम-प्रशंसा)

असपत्नः प्रसादश् च प्रत्ययो गीतसाधकः प्रस्वेदनो ऽस्वेदनश् च आदिकश् च महामुनिः

asapatnaḥ prasādaś ca pratyayo gītasādhakaḥ prasvedano 'svedanaś ca ādikaś ca mahāmuniḥ

అతడు అసపత్నుడు—అద్వితీయుడు; అతడే ప్రసాదరూప కృప. అతడే ప్రత్యయము—అచల ఆశ్రయం; పవిత్ర గీత-కీర్తనలను సాధించి సిద్ధి చేయువాడు. తపస్సుతో స్వేదం కలిగించువాడూ, స్వేదాతీత నిరవికారుడూ; ఆదికుడు, మహాముని శివుడు।
