మాహేశ్వరయోగాన్ని పొందిన వారు రుద్రలోకంలో స్థిరపడ్డారు. ఆ తరువాత ఇరవయ్యవ పరివర్తనచక్రం వచ్చినప్పుడు, నియత కాలపరిణామం ముందుకు సాగుతుంది.
