ब्रह्मनारायणस्तवः — शिवस्य प्रभवत्व-प्रतिपादनम्

पुरस्ताद्बृंहते चैव विभ्रान्ताय कृताय च दुर्गमाय महेशाय क्रोधाय कपिलाय च
Transliteration
purastādbṛṃhate caiva vibhrāntāya kṛtāya ca durgamāya maheśāya krodhāya kapilāya ca
Translation
పూర్వదిశలో నిలిచి, సమస్తాన్ని విస్తరింపజేసే వానికి నమస్కారం; రహస్యమైన విభ్రాంత స్వరూపుడికీ, కృత (క్రియ-స్వరూపం మరియు సిద్ధఫలం)కూ నమస్కారం. దుర్గముడైన మహేశ్వరునికి, బంధనాన్ని దహించే క్రోధశక్తికీ, కపిలవర్ణ తపోమయ తేజస్సుకీ నమస్కారం.
