मनसैवासृजत्पूर्वं प्रजापतिरिमा: प्रजा: । देवासुरमनुष्यादीन्नभ:स्थलजलौकस: ॥ १९ ॥
manasaivāsṛjat pūrvaṁ prajāpatir imāḥ prajāḥ devāsura-manuṣyādīn nabhaḥ-sthala-jalaukasaḥ
ప్రజాపతి దక్షుడు మొదట తన మనస్సుతోనే అనేక విధాల ప్రాణులను సృష్టించాడు—దేవులు, అసురులు, మనుష్యులు మొదలైనవారు, అలాగే ఆకాశం, భూమి, జలంలో నివసించే జీవులు।
