FAQs

This verse states that merely by his entry, the asuras’ wives become so frightened that their pregnancies miscarry—showing the overwhelming, uncontrollable power of the Lord’s presence over demoniac nature.

In this section Śukadeva explains the structure and conditions of the subterranean regions and the cosmic manifestations connected with divine power, emphasizing that even powerful asuras remain helpless before the Supreme Lord.

It highlights that material strength cannot protect one from higher divine authority; cultivating devotion and humility is wiser than living in fear, pride, or opposition to dharma.
