The Solar Eclipse at Samanta-pañcaka and the Great Reunion of Yādavas, Pāṇḍavas, and Vraja
एवं ह्येतानि भूतानि भूतेष्वात्मात्मना तत: । उभयं मय्यथ परे पश्यताभातमक्षरे ॥ ४६ ॥
evaṁ hy etāni bhūtāni bhūteṣv ātmātmanā tataḥ ubhayaṁ mayy atha pare paśyatābhātam akṣare
ఈ విధంగా సమస్త భూతాలు సృష్టి యొక్క మూల తత్త్వాలలో నివసిస్తాయి; ఆత్మలు తమ స్వరూపంలో నిలిచి సృష్టిని వ్యాపిస్తాయి. ఈ రెండింటినీ—భౌతిక సృష్టి మరియు ఆత్మను—అవినాశి పరమసత్యమైన నాలోనే ప్రకాశిస్తున్నట్లు చూడండి।
One should properly understand the relationships among the material objects of this world, the elements comprising their basic substance, the individual spirit souls and the one Supreme Soul. The various objects of material enjoyment, such as pots, rivers and mountains, are manufactured from the basic material elements — earth, water, fire and so on. These elements pervade material things as their cause, while the spirit souls pervade them in their special role as their enjoyer ( svātmanā ). And ultimately, the material elements, their products and the living entities are all manifested within and pervaded by the imperishable, perfectly complete Supreme Soul, Kṛṣṇa.
This verse teaches that all beings exist within one another through the Self, and that both the individual and the totality should be seen as resting in Krishna, the imperishable Absolute beyond all.
At Kurukṣetra, amid intense feelings of separation and reunion, Krishna instructs devotees to deepen their vision—seeing His presence within all beings (as the inner Self) and also His transcendence beyond matter.
Practice remembering Krishna as the indwelling Lord in everyone you meet, while also reserving time for worship and study that affirms His transcendence—this steadies the mind and reduces envy, fear, and resentment.
