स वै न आद्य: पुरुष: स्वमायामोहितात्मनाम् । अविज्ञतानुभावानां क्षन्तुमर्हत्यतिक्रमम् ॥ ५१ ॥

Transliteration

sa vai na ādyaḥ puruṣaḥ sva-māyā-mohitātmanām avijñatānubhāvānāṁ kṣantum arhaty atikramam

Translation

ఆయనే ఆదిపురుషుడు; ఆయన స్వమాయచేత మోహితులమై మేము ఆయన మహిమను గ్రహించలేకపోయాము. ఇప్పుడు మా అపరాధాన్ని క్షమించమని వేడుకుంటాము.
