Transliteration

dhānyapaśuhiraṇyādi niviśamānāya dadyāt

Translation

(కొత్తగా లేదా జనసంఖ్య తక్కువగా ఉన్న ప్రాంతంలో) స్థిరపడుతున్నవారికి ధాన్యం, పశువులు, బంగారం మొదలైన సహాయం ఇవ్వాలి.
