पाषण्डसंघद्रव्यमश्रोत्रियोपभोग्यं देवद्रव्यं वा कृत्यकराः प्रेतस्य दग्धगृहस्य वा हस्ते न्यस्तमित्युपहरेयुः ॥ कZ_०५.२.३७ ॥

Transliteration

pāṣaṇḍasaṃghadravyamaśrotriyopabhogyaṃ devadravyaṃ vā kṛtyakarāḥ pretasya dagdhagṛhasya vā haste nyastamityupahareyuḥ

Translation

ఇలాంటి పనులకు నియమితులైన కార్యచారులు ‘మాకు అప్పగించారు’ అనే నెపంతో పాషండ-సంఘాల ఆస్తి, అశ్రోత్రియులు అనుభవించే ధనం, లేదా దేవద్రవ్యం; అలాగే మృతుని లేదా కాలిపోయిన ఇంటి ఆస్తినీ స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవాలి.
