Transliteration

saṃvaraṇamātraṃ hi trayī lokayātrāvida iti

Translation

ఎందుకంటే త్రయీ (త్రివేదం) అనేది కేవలం నియమనం/నిషేధాల పాటింపు మాత్రమే—లోకయాత్ర (ప్రాయోగిక లోకనిర్వాహం)నే నిజమైన విద్య అని భావించే వారు ఇలా అంటారు।
