तेषां कार्तान्तिकनैमित्तिकमौहूर्तिकव्यञ्जनाः परस्पराभिसम्बन्धममित्राटविकसम्बन्धं वा विद्युः ॥ कZ_०१.१३.२३ ॥

Transliteration

teṣāṃ kārtāntika-naimittika-mauhūrtika-vyañjanāḥ parasparābhisambandham amitrāṭavika-sambandhaṃ vā vidyuḥ

Translation

అలాంటి వారిని గురించి రాష్ట్ర పరిశీలకులు—తాంత్రికులు/భవిష్యవేత్తలు, శకునవాచకులు, జ్యోతిషులు (ముహూర్తజ్ఞులు), మరియు వేషధారి గూఢచారులు—వారి పరస్పర సంబంధాలను లేదా శత్రువులు, అరణ్యజాతులతో ఉన్న సంబంధాలను తెలుసుకోవాలి।
