तेषां किल्बिषमदण्डकरा हरन्त्ययोगक्षेमावहाश्च प्रजानाम् ॥ कZ_०१.१३.०८ ॥

Transliteration

teṣāṃ kilbiṣamadaṇḍakarā harantyayogakṣemāvahāśca prajānām

Translation

కానీ ప్రజలకు యోగక్షేమం కలిగించకుండా దండాలు, పన్నులు వసూలు చేసే (రాజులు) పాపం పొందుతారు.
