Transliteration

sattriṇo dvandvinastīrthasabhāpūgajanasamavāyeṣu vivādaṃ kuryuḥ

Translation

స్థిర గూఢచారులు మరియు జంట కార్యాచారులు పరిపాలనా కార్యాలయాలు, సభలు, గిల్డులు, ప్రజాసమావేశాలు వంటి ప్రజా స్థలాల్లో వివాదాన్ని రెచ్చగొట్టాలి.
