Transliteration

adharmasya prasaṅgena dharmasyāvagraheṇa ca ||

Translation

అధర్మంలో నిరంతరం చిక్కుకోవడం వల్ల, అలాగే ధర్మాన్నే అడ్డగించడం/దెబ్బతీయడం వల్ల।
