दुष्टपौरजानपदो वा न्यायवृत्तिरन्यां भूमिं याचेत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२४ ॥
Transliteration
duṣṭa-paurajānapado vā nyāya-vṛttir anyāṃ bhūmiṃ yāceta
Translation
నగర మరియు జనపద (పట్టణ-గ్రామ) ప్రజలు దుష్టులు/విరోధులు అయితే, న్యాయాచరణకు కట్టుబడి ఉన్నవాడు నివసించడానికి/పాలించడానికి మరో భూమిని కోరాలి।
