व्यसनोपघातत्वरितो वा कोशदण्डाभ्यां देशे काले कार्ये वावधृतं संधिमुपेयात् ॥ कZ_०७.१४.१२ ॥
Transliteration
vyasanopaghātatvarito vā kośadaṇḍābhyāṃ deśe kāle kārye vāvadhṛtaṃ saṃdhim upeyāt
Translation
విపత్తు లేదా అకస్మాత్తు దాడి వల్ల ఒత్తిడిలో ఉంటే, దేశం-కాలం-కార్యం (లక్ష్యం) ప్రకారం—కోశం మరియు దండం (ధనం, బలం)ను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకొని—నిర్ణయించిన షరతులతో సంధి (ఒప్పందం)లో ప్రవేశించాలి.
