तस्यातिक्रम उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च कर्मणा व्यापादनेन च ॥ कZ_०४.८.२० ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrama uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca karmaṇā vyāpādanena ca

Translation

ఆ (పరిమితి)ని అతిక్రమిస్తే అత్యున్నత శిక్ష—చేసినవాడికీ చేయించిన/ఆదేశించినవాడికీ; అలాగే ఆ కార్యంలో కలిగిన హాని లేదా మరణానికి కూడా (బాధ్యత ఉంటుంది)।
