उदासीनवधे यातुरुत्तमो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०४.१३.१७ ॥

Transliteration

udāsīnavadhe yātur uttamo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

ఉదాసీన (తటస్థ) వ్యక్తిని చంపినప్పుడు యాతు (మంత్రగాడు/గుప్త హంతకుడు) అత్యున్నత శిక్ష పొందాలి.
