जनपदान्ते ध्रुवनिधिमापदर्थमभित्यक्तैः कारयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.५.०४ ॥

Transliteration

janapadānte dhruvanidhim āpadartham abhityaktaiḥ kārayet

Translation

జనపదాల సరిహద్దులో, ఆపదకాలానికి ఉపయోగపడే శాశ్వత నిల్వ-నిధిని, వదిలివేయబడిన/దావా లేని వనరులతో స్థాపింపజేయాలి।
