पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

వీధిలో ధూళి/చెత్త పడేస్తే ప్రమాణ దండంలో ఎనిమిదవ వంతు జరిమానా; బురద, నీటి ప్రవాహాన్ని అడ్డుకుంటే నాలుగో వంతు జరిమానా।
