evaṃ ca janapada-caturbhāgaṃ sthānikaś cintayet

Translation

ఈ విధంగా స్థానికుడు జనపదంలోని ఒక చతుర్థ భాగాన్ని పర్యవేక్షించి లెక్కలు నిర్వహించాలి।
