बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

రాజుకు విరోధంగా వ్యవహరించే వారిని అక్రమంగా దాటడం భయంకరంగా/కష్టంగా చేయడానికి అడ్డంకులు/నియంత్రణ ఉన్న తీర్థాలు (ఘాట్లు) ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.
