अकामायाः कुमार्या वा साहसे उत्तमो दण्डः सकामायाः पूर्वः साहसदण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.२७.१३ ॥

Transliteration

akāmāyāḥ kumāryā vā sāhase uttamo daṇḍaḥ sakāmāyāḥ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

అనిచ్ఛుకురాలైన స్త్రీ లేదా కన్యపై లైంగిక దాడి/సాహసంలో ఉత్తమ (అత్యున్నత) సాహసదండం; ఆమె సమ్మతిస్తే పూర్వ (మొదటి/కనిష్ఠ) సాహసదండం.
