Transliteration

pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

లేదా స్వేచ్ఛగా సంచరించడానికి అనుమతి లేని వారు కేవలం రాజ్య పానాగారాల్లోనే త్రాగాలి.
