महोपकारमुच्छुल्कं कुर्याद्बीजं च दुर्लभम् ॥ कZ_०२.२१.३१च्द् ॥

Transliteration

mahopakāram ucchulkaṃ kuryād bījaṃ ca durlabham

Translation

మహా ప్రజోపకారం చేసే వస్తు/సేవలకు సుంకం మినహాయింపు ఇవ్వాలి; అలాగే దొరకడం కష్టమైన విత్తనాన్ని ప్రత్యేకంగా రక్షించి/ప్రాధాన్యంగా నిర్వహించాలి.
