तेषामन्यतमस्यानयने बहिरेवोच्छुल्को विक्रयः ॥ कZ_०२.२१.२३ ॥

Transliteration

teṣām anyatamasya ānayane bahir eva occhulko vikrayaḥ

Translation

ఆ (నియంత్రిత వస్తువుల)లో ఏదైనా తీసుకువస్తే, వాటి అమ్మకం సరిహద్దు/చౌకీ వెలుపల మాత్రమే జరగాలి; అది సుంకం లేకుండా ఉండాలి.
