शुल्काध्यक्षः शुल्कशालां ध्वजं च प्रान्मुखमुदन्मुखं वा महाद्वाराभ्याशे निवेशयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.२१.०१ ॥
Transliteration
śulkādhyakṣaḥ śulkaśālāṃ dhvajaṃ ca prānmukham udanmukhaṃ vā mahādvārābhyāśe niveśayet
Translation
శుల్కాధ్యక్షుడు ప్రధాన ద్వారం సమీపంలో, తూర్పు ముఖంగా లేదా ఉత్తర ముఖంగా, శుల్కశాలనూ ధ్వజాన్ని (సంకేతాన్ని) స్థాపించాలి.
