Transliteration

pañcatriṃśatpalalohāṃ dvisaptatyaṅgulāyāmāṃ samavṛttāṃ kārayet

Translation

ఆయన ముప్పై ఐదు పలముల బరువున్న ఇనుము (ప్రామాణిక) దండం/కఱ్ఱను చేయించాలి—డెబ్బై రెండు అంగుళాల పొడవుతో, సమాన వృత్తాకార రూపంతో।
