अनभियोगश्चार्थेष्वागन्तूनामन्यत्र सभ्योपकारिभ्यः ॥ कZ_०२.१६.१३ ॥

Transliteration

anabhiyogaś cārtheṣv āgantūnām anyatra sabhyopakāribhyaḥ

Translation

వాణిజ్య విషయాల్లో బయటనుంచి వచ్చిన వ్యాపారులపై దావాలు/వేధింపులు చేయకూడదు—వారు గౌరవనీయ పౌరులకు (లేదా పౌర రక్షణలో ఉన్నవారికి) హాని చేసినప్పుడు మాత్రమే మినహాయింపు।
