triphalakaḥ phalakahāraḥ pañcaphalako vā

‘ఫలకహారం’ మూడు ఫలకాలు గలది (త్రిఫలక) లేదా ఐదు ఫలకాలు గలది (పంచఫలక) అవుతుంది.
