Sutra 28

परस्पराद्वा भेदयेदेनानसौ चासौ च वो राजन्येवमुपजपति इति भेदः ॥ कZ_०९.५.२८ ॥

parasparād vā bhedayed enān asau cāsau ca vo rājann evam upajapati iti bhedaḥ

లేదా ఇలా చాడీ చెప్పి వారిని పరస్పరం విడదీయాలి— ‘అముకుడు, ఇంకొకడు, అయ్యా, మీ గురించి రాజుకి ఇలా చెబుతున్నారు.’ ఇదే ‘భేదం’ (విభేదం కలిగించడం).
