उद्धरेदात्मनात्मानं मज्जमानं यथाम्भसि भोगनद्यतिवेगेन ज्ञानवृक्षं समाश्रयेत्

భోగాల నది అతివేగంతో కొట్టుకుపోయి నీటిలో మునిగిపోతున్నవాడిలా ఉన్నప్పుడు, మనిషి తనతో తానే తన ఆత్మను పైకి లేపుకోవాలి; జ్ఞానవృక్షాన్ని ఆశ్రయించాలి।
